Return Policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Easy Online Returns:

  • Time Frame:
    • 1-7 days from the date you received your order: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
    • 5 - 7 days from the date you received your order: Returns during this period are eligible for store credit only or an exchange, subject to item availability.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, simply fill out our online return form. We’ll guide you through the process and provide all the necessary details, including a return shipping label.
  • Refunds:
    • Refund Method: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
    • For pre-paid orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account.
    • For cash on delivery: You’ll receive a link via SMS and email to provide your banking details for the refund. Once your details are submitted, the refund will be processed to your specified bank account. Note we never ask for bank details over call or message. Please be aware of fraudulent calls or messages.
    • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
    • Please note that any coupon applied during checkout will be void in the case of a partial return. The coupon discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
